Business master’s degrees at ̽ University are unique, and specially designed to meet the demands of the modern business field, particularly with regards to technology. For these reasons, our MBA, MS Business Analytics, MS Finance and MS Project Management programs are all STEM designated, making them popular choices among international students. International students using the F-1 Visa will have access to CPT internships as well as numerous opportunities in the Chicago area for OPT. Upon graduation, students will be eligible for an OPT STEM Extension, enhancing their education with practical field experience for up to three years.

FAQs for the Graduate Business Programs

Are Programs Offered Online?
All programs can be completed entirely online, except for Finance. There are on-ground options for some of the other classes in each program.  Please check the class schedule each semester.

Is There an Admission Interview?
There is no interview process for admission.

What are the Guidelines for Letters of Recommendation?
There are no recommendation letters required for College of Business master’s degree programs.

Are GRE/GMAT Scores Required for Admission?
No testing is required for admission to the business programs.

How Long Does It Take to Receive Acceptance Once I Have Applied?
Once a completed admission file has been sent to Committee Review, a decision is made within 24- - 48 hours. You will be notified of the decision.

How Soon Can I Begin My Degree Once I Have Been Accepted?
Accepted students can start their degree program in any of the six, 8-week sessions. Students must indicate their start semester on their application.

How Much is the Cost of the Program I am Applying To?

How Long Will It Take to Complete My Degree Program?
Each 30-credit hour program is 10 classes. Students usually take one class during each 8-week session. Taking one class each 8-week session will take students 5 semesters to complete. Scheduling can be flexible and students should work with their academic advisor each semester to create the schedule that aligns with each student’s work /life commitments and ensure successful completion.
